In the spirit of thanking our community and supporters, PEP OFFERED A DOWNTOWN FAMILY-ORIENTED CHRISTMAS EVENT in 2009. (The regular Candlelight Tour will return in 2010.) The Candle-Light Christmas Celebration offered four historic locations, with free admission. Below are some pictures from that event:
